Of the 56 signers of the Declaration of Independence, 27 had seminary degrees. Not bad for a country supposedly founded by atheists, agnostics and deists.
Don't believe me? Go to your library and look it up.

I'm sure there were lots of other degrees to be had in 1700's Europe.
What other degrees were available at the time?
Your fun fact is untrue.

The person who came up with that erroneous number counted Harvard as a Seminary school, even though the founders who got their degrees there, actually got degrees in Law.
You don't have to lie to get your point across. Just debate honestly and see what happens.
If you were an atheist why would you go to seminary?
What point are you trying to make exactly? The country was'nt founded as a theocracy.
It's a fun fact. It teaches you something you didn't already know
