Seriously Briston Palin?

Bristol Palin recently underwent plastic surgery on her chin. A "chin tuck" if you will. I haven't even hear of such a thing but apparently is exists. Why Bristol, why? Did she really need this? She's already put a nice spin on it calling it "corrective jaw" surgery. See the sad pics here along with some more commentary.
