A world in turmoil

I seems as though our MSM, i.e. Fox News, MSNBC, CNN, NBC, etc., have been ignoring the protests in England. That's OK. We'll get it here. Violence has erupted on the streets of London as hundreds of thousands of protesters marched against large budget cuts. Hundreds of masked protesters shatter windows, throw gasoline bombs, and clash with thousands of police.

There aren't enough police to protect the number of buildings in the area. What in the hell is going on? I have one question. If the police fire on the violent faction who are throwing rocks and breaking windows, will the U.S. supply the protesters with weapons? Will we enforce a "no-fly zone"? It seems to be the way we do business.

The thing you need to ask yourself is not if the US will equip insurgents with weapons, but, jeepers, we can't have them caught with M-16s and, M-16 ammo accesories, so...where do we go to buy them some nice nu-sed AKs//RPGs??? Used to be Egypt, eh'??

I believe it is time America stop being so fucking naive..kill this comment for foul language if you want-but I shall not water it down like what America has become {do we even make the international NCAA bracket anymore, or are we token NIT bait???}. I can't believe LE has become a Hawk, Bob a dove and TS, well, Mike Stivic during Thanksgiving dinner {and would this whole ideological template/shell game be shifted if {R} John Mccain was calling the airstrikes instead...and you know he would have}??

This is probably where a year or so ago people thought I actually WAS LE...take a plane ride...enjoy the new distinct, flovorful cultures and "out of the box" thinking. Our country is not heading in a proper direction. Think about it-the French and us have changed positions of international power/influence in a generation between Dien Bien Phu and Tripoli. And, to be truthful, the people of Vietnam are still laughing at both of our asses for being over-extended imperialist fucktards.

Bill....make no mistake. Bob is no dove. He just thinks that minding our own business is the proper course to take. In fact it should have been the course taken for more than 200 years. We shouldn't be calling our actions one thing when they are clearly something else. I will say this Bill. My eyes are open wide for the first time in my life. They began to open up a while ago and I have been able to look back at some of the ridiculous shit I used to think was right because I looked at things with blinders on. I still believe in conservatism. But believe me when I tell you that I am a staunch 2nd amendment supporter. Anyone breaking into my house will likely leave in a bag. In fact as I sit here typing this comment, I have a Glock .45 sitting on the end table because I refuse to be a victim of a senseless crime of violence like those poor, unfortunate people from Connecticut were a while back. No brother.....a dove is not an accurate descriptor.
