Who's Looking Forward to Tuesday?

Two Sentz is and isn't. Let's just say we have ALL the information of the other blogs, and a bit more. If you know what I'm talking about, then you know what I'm talking about. For once we actually have the inside scoop. It's kind of funny watching the other guys try to figure out what's going on. Be here Tuesday.

Something to do with keeystone cops.

Something to do with the Sarah Foxwell case? I heard that many people are travelling to Cecil County to watch so sort of plea bargain.

How did you get your info? How reliable is it?

I believe my info to be VERY reliable. I was approached by someone I trust whom I know is personal friends with the major players. My source is disgusted with a certain person involved in this mess. The beginning of the end for said person.

Matt Maciarello is a one term States Attorney. He has taken a bad road on this case. The evidence is there for a conviction but the money isn't. I understand that after a meeting last week it was said that this county cannot afford a lengthy prosecution. A plea was then struck. The party's over. Time to go home. This maggot will be out in 20 years. I hope someone kills him in prison.

In a situation like this can the county request funds from the state to prosecute? I mean the state is funding the defense.

Money? Gas, food and lodging for the prosecution. Their time is already paid for as in salaried employees of Wicomico Cty.

That poor little child never had a chance, my gosh what kind of world have we become.

I dont think the answers to our problems are on the outside, I think they are on the inside.

The fact is O'Malley and the Democrats (who have a total lock on power in this state) are determined to repeal the death penalty in Maryland. It will happen sometime before O'Malley's term expires.

So even if alleged maggot (sarcasm) were convicted and sentenced to death, his sentence would automatically be reduced to life in prison.

Plus O'Malley refuses to sign death warrants which is a de facto repeal of capital punishment in Maryland.

Not that alleged maggot would ever exhaust his appeals before O'Malley leaves office.

if the SA allows a plea they should string him (the SA) up.

I worked with T. J. for a couple of years, he was a bar back at a local Salisbury bar and I was a Bouncer. As close as we were you'd never know he was capable of such a horrific thing. He was/is good at his game and if they plea and he gets out in 10/20 he'll do it again.

When T. J. was hired I personally confronted him about his past public record and he had a good story. That being, in short, that he was young and he got caught with a girlfriend that was just under age and that it was only about 2-3 years differant in their ages.

T. J. always had a girlfriend, usually a very nice girl with children with a good family background, so it's hard tellin' how many children he molested that has never spoken about it. I shudder to think about those poor children.

He's a very, very sick individule that deserves the death penalty if anyone ever has. In fact I could pull the lever with no remorse at all.

That poor little angel never stood a chance. May she rest in peace and proper justice be brought in her name.

And now Davis Ruark has tendered his resignation effective after tommorows hearing. This most certainly proves that tomorrow this case is closed. Over. Done. This scumbag will plead guilty of murder and get off with natural life in prison and no parole. He will likely serve 25 years and out. No parole. yes. he will likely walk out of prison at the age of 60 and no one will remember the horrible things he's done. Tomorrow Mike lewis will be teaching a class the officers are calling the "Mike Lewis Show" "The Greatest Show on Earth". And they aren't saying this with love in their hearts. Davis will be resigning his position as special prosecutor and Matt Macciarello will continute serving his final term in office. Funny how the Sheriff is already putting space between himself and this case after promising the death penalty to so many people. No one involved will get away from this. Nice job guys.
