Everyday we have a choice what to eat. The right thing to do, most sane people would agree, would be to buy fresh fruits and vegetables and meats and prepare them yourself at home. We all know these types of foods are better for you, make you healthier and make you live longer. Trouble is, it takes more time and effort and usually is a bit more expensive eat this way all the time. But there is no denying it will make you a healthier and happier person.
On the other hand we have Mcdonald's. it's quick, it's easy, it's cheap, and pretty much everyone does it. We know it's not good for us and we can't eat it all the time forever and ever, but we figured, hey I'll change at some point.

Now the switch, McDonald's is oil and the fresh whole foods are clean renewable energy. The choice is obvious.

What happened to moderation? Oh, and you left a few important food groups out, like diary and grains. Ideally fresh would be great, but there is price to pay in terms of environmental,availability and convenience.
